Dr. Steven Golightly served nearly thirteen years as Director of the Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department, one of the largest locally-administered child support programs in the nation, with an annual budget of $211 million and a workforce close to 1,600 individuals.
Steven was President of the Los Angeles County Management Council for five years, and past president of both the National Child Support Enforcement Association (NCSEA), and the Child Support Directors Association (CSDA). He also serves as a member of the California State University Dominguez Hills College of Business and Public Policy Advisory Board. In addition, Dr. Golightly is a part-time professor at California State University Dominguez Hills, and California State University Northridge, teaching in their Master of Public Administration (MPA) programs. Steven has an undergraduate degree in Business Management, a Master of Public Administration degree, and a Ph.D. in Public Policy and Administration.
